If you think that a child or young person under the age of 18 years old, who lives in Hillingdon, is being abused or neglected, contact the MASH team using the contact details below. 

Not all concerns raised about a child will automatically lead to a child protection investigation. Less serious concerns may lead to a more general assessment of need and the provision of services or the offer of advice and information.

If you are a professional and wish to make a referral for a family, you can access the referral process through the Council’s website and select “Make a referral”. This will take you through to the Stronger Families Hub page where you will be able to fill out the Early Help Assessment.

All child protection referrals should be made by telephone on 01895 556006.  

If you think a crime has been committed and/or a child is at immediate risk, you should notify the police without delay by dialling 999.
